This year’s Annual Members Meeting (AMM) will again be an in-person event, with attendance also possible by Zoom. This will be a free-standing (non-chargeable) event, like last year’s AMM – thereby giving us more time together as members of the Society. The formal AMM itself will be from 5.30-7.00 pm, but members are welcome to join the Committee beforehand for tea or coffee from 5.00 pm onwards, so as to provide an opportunity for members to socialise and chat informally. Allowing an hour-and-a-half for the AMM itself will enable a proper appreciation of the past year and consideration of the Society’s future development.
On completion of formal business, there will be a further opportunity for socialising and informal discussion at the immediately following social event, to which all members and guests (along with subscribers and their guests) are cordially invited. If you as a member would like to attend the AMM, it would be very much appreciated if - after logging in to your account - you would book your place, whether to attend in person or by Zoom, by Thursday, 27 February. The agenda and papers (i.e. the Trustees’ Report & Accounts) for the AMM will be mailed by Thursday, 7 March (only) to those who have booked by 27 February.
